ANTONIETTA MANZI, PRESIDENT

Business/Organization: Shop Manhasset

Antonietta Manzi runs the social media platform Shop Manhasset, a trusted community resource for residents and a promotional platform supporting local businesses. Prior to launching Shop Manhasset, Antonietta worked as an auditor at KPMG, and in Financial Reporting roles at Fox Television and the Royal Bank of Canada.

​

Antonietta graduated from St. John’s University, earning both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Accounting.

​

A longtime Manhasset resident, Antonietta lives in Flower Hill with her husband, John, and their four children. She currently serves as President of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce, Co-President of the Board of The Tower Foundation of Manhasset, and President of The Women’s Club of Flower Hill.

​

Known for her enthusiasm, commitment, and ability to multitask, Antonietta truly “Gets It Done!” In 2021, she chaired the inaugural Manhasset Al Fresco, a series of outdoor dining and shopping events held along Plandome Road as part of the Town of North Hempstead’s “Lift-Up Local” initiative, supporting small businesses in the post-pandemic recovery. That same year, she was honored as the 2021 Manhasset Chamber Member of the Year.

In April 2023, Antonietta was inducted into the Town of North Hempstead’s Women’s Roll of Honor, representing the Manhasset community. Most recently, in 2025, she was recognized by New York State as Manhasset’s Woman of Distinction for District 16, honoring her positive impact on the community, dedication to service, and extraordinary efforts in fostering community growth and inspiring others.

KERSHEL ANTHONY, VICE PRESIDENT

Kershel Anthony—better known as Mr. Kerboom—is a movement and mental health innovator whose mission is simple yet powerful: to move, to educate, to inspire.

As the Founder and President of KerboomKidz, he has built one of the most dynamic children’s enrichment programs in the country, blending dance, creativity, and positive affirmations to spark confidence and joy in young people. What began as a passion for performance and mentorship has grown into a nationally recognized brand, reaching over 50,000 kids each year across more than 300 schools, 50 camps, and 40+ community events.

Anthony’s impact extends beyond schools. Through strategic partnerships with libraries, parks, and organizations that support children with disabilities—including JCC Sid Jacobson, Camp Anchor, and Gigi’s Playhouse—he has made movement and mental wellness accessible to all communities. At the heart of his work is The Boom Box LI, a 10,000 sq ft creative hub he designed as a home for classes, robotics programs, events, and cultural experiences. It doubles as a high-energy party and event space, proving that education, entertainment, and empowerment can live under one roof.

Anthony is also the visionary behind KBK Events & Productions, an extension of his creative empire that curates unforgettable celebrations—from upscale children’s parties to community festivals—always with a signature touch of style, movement, and wow-factor production.

KIM JONES, VICE PRESIDENT

Business/Organization: Manhasset Living & North Shore Media, LLC.

Kim Jones, a former retail executive and Manhasset resident, launched Manhasset Living Magazine in 2020 to create a meaningful, positive platform that connects and celebrates the local community. The following year, recognizing the deep connection between neighboring towns, she expanded her mission with the launch of Port Washington Living Magazine.

Through these publications, Kim has created more than just magazines. She has built trusted community platforms that celebrate local families, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and the people who make these towns special. Manhasset Living and Port Washington Living are beautifully curated lifestyle magazines that showcase positive, meaningful storytelling about life on the peninsula and highlight what makes each community unique.

Kim, also the founder of Garden City Living Magazine, is committed to hyperlocal storytelling and community engagement across Long Island. As a Division Leader for Best Version Media in Long Island and New York City, she works alongside and supports other local publishers in launching and growing successful community magazines throughout the region.

​

Kim partners with top local businesses and organizations, helping them build their brands through thoughtful, multi-channel sponsorship programs that combine print, content marketing, digital engagement, website development, and SEO services. Her sponsors not only help bring these magazines to residents each month but also benefit from strategic, high-visibility marketing that genuinely connects them with their audiences.

ANTHONY LUPARELLO, VICE PRESIDENT

Anthony Luparello grew up in Manhasset and is the owner of Luparello Public Adjustment Group.

​

Anthony is committed to helping home and business owners to maximize their property insurance claims. He has been in the public adjusting industry for over 20 years. Being in the top 1% of public adjusters, he holds the certifications of Senior Professional Public Adjuster and Certified Property Insurance Umpire.  He currently resides in Manhasset with his wife, Elaina, and their two young sons.

CJ COLEMAN, VICE PRESIDENT

Business/Organization: Coleman Pensions

CJ Coleman is a longtime Manhasset resident, having raised his children there along with his lovely wife, Diane.  He has served the community for years as a Manhasset Chamber board member and has served as a past president.  CJ is the owner of Coleman-Pensions which designs, installs and maintains high end pension plans for small businesses.

BO TIAN, TREASURER

Business/Organization: Chase Private Client

Bo Robert Tian, Chase private client banker working at Munsey Park branch since 2016. Before moving to Long Island, Bo has worked for Citibank and Chase in Manhattan for 5 years. Bo finished his MBA at Baruch college of CUNY, 12 years after he gained his BS degree in applied physics. Bo and his wife and two children now live in Syosset and he also serves as a volunteer fire fighter at Syosset fire department.

JARED BESCHEL, LEGAL COUNSEL

Jared Beschel and his wife Alexandra, moved to Manhasset from Bayside Queens in 2004, They have 4 Children all attending the Manhasset Public Schools: Jared (15), Michael (13), Tyler (11) and Grayson (8). Jared has his own law firm that has been conducting  real estate transactional work since 2001. His firm specializes in both residential and commercial purchase or refinance transactions throughout New York State. Jared graduated and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University in 2001.

DAWN TENNENBAUM, SECRETARY

Business/Organization: Cultural Care Au Pair

Dawn Tennenbaum and her husband Rob have been Manhasset community residents for over 25 years.  They have triplet sons who are 2016 graduates of Manhasset High School.  Dawn has a degree in Finance from American University and has worked  in Finance for more than 30 years at Georgetown, NYU, Cornell and currently Sarah Lawrence College.  Dawn has been a local business owner and also currently works with Cultural Care Au Pair as a consultant. She is a knowledgeable resource regarding childcare as she understands that it may take a village to raise a family!  In addition to being the secretary for the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and volunteering to help other businesses and causes.

MATTHEW DONNO

Business/Organization: Compass Commercial Real Estate

Matthew Donno is a real estate professional with Compass Commercial Real Estate, serving Manhasset and the surrounding North Shore communities. He brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, and strategic operations, supported by a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

 

Born and raised in Manhasset, Matthew has deep roots in the community and an intimate understanding of the local business landscape. He is the Past President of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce and has played a leadership role in advancing local business initiatives, organizing signature community events, and strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors.

 

In addition to his real estate work, Matthew is an entrepreneur and advisor to several small businesses and startups, with a focus on branding, operational scale, and long-term growth strategy. He is widely regarded by colleagues and clients as a thoughtful, relationship-driven leader known for his integrity, reliability, and commitment to community.

 

Matthew has applied the wealth of knowledge he obtained studying business and communications at Duquesne University and remains dedicated to supporting economic development and civic engagement across Nassau County and the greater Long Island region.

ROBERT DONNO

Business/Organization: Lemcor, Inc and Gift of Life International

Robbie Donno was born in Manhasset, NY is Manhasset Chamber member and serves on the Board of Directors.  "My father, Dante, was a part of the Chamber of Commerce dating back as far as the 1960's.  The belief in investing in the community as was passed down from him."  

 

Robbie is a graduate of La Salle Military Academy in Oakdale, Long Island and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa.  He met his wife, Barbara, at Duquesne and they were married in 1969.  Barbara has been the Mayor of the Village of Plandome Manor, in Manhasset for the past 14 years.  They have two children, Jacqueline and Matthew and two grandchildren, Emma and James.

 

Robbie was a principal of Donno Company, Inc, from 1970 to 1997.   He was Vice President of Eastern Waste of New York from 1997-1999 and is now a principal at Lemcor, Inc. of Newark, NJ.  He has been a leader in the solid waste industry for 50 years.  He has received many awards for his leadership in the industry and for his philanthropic endeavors.

 

Robbie joined Manhasset Rotary in 1971 and became its President in 1975.  That was the year that changed his life.  There was a plea for help from the Rotary Club of Kampala, Uganda on behalf of 5-year old Grace Agwaru who was suffering from a congenital heart defect.  Grace was brought to St. Francis Hospital where she received her lifesaving open-heart surgery and the Gift of Life Program had its start.

 

In 2003, Gift of Life International (GOLI) was formed and Robbie was elected its first Chairman. Gift of Life International (GOLI)  provides lifesaving heart surgery for children around the world. GOLOI has developed a network of support in over 80 countries which in 2025 saved the lives of over 5,800 children. Since its inception, over 63,000 children lives have been saved through the network of Rotary and GOLI.  

 

Robbie currently serves as President.  "We have been a sponsor and participated in the field work for research on preventing Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD).  That research was published in the New England Journal of medicine.  Over 40 million people around the world are impacted.  We will be implementing a methodology for preventing RHD which will literally change the world; and it all started here in Manhasset." 

TJ COSTELLO

Business/Organization: Hierarchy Architect + Designers

T.J. Costello, born and raised in Weston MA, studied Architecture in New England, Arizona, Athens Greece.  Graduated from Cornell University 1985, worked for large firms in Boston and Manhattan before establishing Hierarchy studio.  Past president of Chamber of Commerce, past president of MCF, member of Munsey Park ARB, and many local committees from Boy Scouts to Baseball league.  

 

T.J. is founder and principal of Hierarchy Architect + Designers, anchored in Manhasset on the same spot at the corner of Gaynor Ave and Plandome Road for 36 years.

DIANE HARRAGAN

Business/Organization: Coach Realty

Diane Harragan moved to Manhasset in 1965 when their oldest child started kindergarten. Then moved to their present home in 1973. Diane became a Real Estate Salesperson in the late 1960's. She bought the Blaich Real Estate office in 1988 and later merged it with the Coach office. She still Practices Real Estate daily helping Clients in both buying and selling Daily.
Diane Has served for many years on the Manhasset Chamber and has been a key person for the Beautification team for many years. Diane is also a past President of the Manhasset chamber as well as a Manhasset Port Washington Kiwanis Member.

MARK AZIZ

Business/Organization: Manager at Theodore Alexander

Mark Aziz grew up in Great Neck and currently lives in Roslyn as he manages the newly opened Design Center for the Global Brand Theodore Alexander.

 

Mark has over 30 years of experience in multiple facets of the Interior Design, Furniture, and Furniture Retail Industry ranging from Contract Design to Manufacturing, to Director of National Retail Division with a focus mostly on Leadership.

 

During his career, he served on the Executive Board of Somerset County-Somerville NJ Chamber of Commerce where he held the Treasurer Position. While in this role where he served three terms, he was an integral part of decision making on Urban Development Planning, Marketing for Somerville, Conceptualizing of Area Events, Budget, Community/Business Outreach and Support, as well as many other responsibilities.

 

During his time in Somerville as he was running multiple Stickley Furniture Showrooms across multiple states, he opened a Flagship Stickley Showroom in Somerville which has grown to become an important Retail Anchor for the entire Central NJ area.

 

Mark is excited to bring his uniquely balanced experience to the board as we look to the future for Manhasset.
