BANNER REQUEST FORM

Manhasset Chamber owns a set of equipment (bracket and wires) that can be used to hang banners. All Manhasset Chamber Equipment will be removed when the banner comes down to comply with PSEG Guidelines. 

Please submit request form for approval of use.

Once request to hang banner is approved, a fee of $100 must be sent payable to Manhasset Chamber of Commerce.  A request must be sent and approved by the Chamber to hang street banner on equipment owned by Manhasset Chamber of Commerce.

Fee does not include any PSEG application fees or banner installation fees.
